Art Parties, Creative Healing & Private Bookings

 

General information for paint nights

The paint nights run for approximately 2 hours.  Themes may be selected from the images on the paint night page or we may accomodate a special image according to availability of supplies.

Who are they for?

Depending on the image, paint nights may be suitable for children, families, teens or adults only. 

 

How many people?

 The party cost includes all art supplies and space at a rate of $25 - $50 per guest.  Minimum number of guests is 5 and maximum is 24.  

 

Payment 

We accept Cash, Cheque, Debit, Visa or MC at this time.  $75.00 deposit plus tax holds your date and reservation.

Payment is due at time of booking unless other arrangements have been made to reserve date and time.

Refund and Credit Policy

Credit and rescheduling may be issued if booking is canceled at least 10 days prior to the event. We may not be able to provide credit or re-schedule the event after this time. 

General information for creative healing sessions

The creative healing sessions run for approximately 1.5 hours.  Theme, structure and activities  may be determined at the initial session.

Who are they for?

Creative Healing Sessions are suitable for children, families, teens adults or groups. 

How many people?

The session cost includes all art supplies and space at a rate of $65 per individual session or $35 per individual in a group session.  Minimum number of guests is 3 and maximum is 10 for a group session.  

Payment 

We accept Cash, Cheque, Debit, Visa or MC at this time.  $65.00 deposit plus tax holds your date and reservation.

Payment is due at time of booking unless other arrangements have been made to reserve date and time.

General information for birthdays

The parties run for 1.5 to 2 hours.  Themes may be selected from the following or we may accomodate a special request according to availability of supplies.

1. Painting Party - an exploration of painting techniques and your very own canvas master piece to take home!

2. Prints Galore - another creative option for all ages with amazing processes and results!

3. Groovy Tie-Dye - slip back into psychadelic times of tie-dye with friends 

4. Clay Creations - cut, roll, mold and form 3D art with clay

The first hour of the party

 Instruction will commence within 10 minutes of start time. The instructor will be in charge of this portion of the party. Parents may continue any further set up while the instruction portion of the party is taking place, if necessary.

Parents are responsible for the remaining time and will have a specific space to carry on birthday wishes, cake and presents. We ask that the party please be contained to this area. The instructor will be completing the necessary clean up during this time and will be unavailable to help with supervision. Parents provide all food and beverages as well as cups, plates, cutlery, table cloth and napkins. Please ensure guests stay in the party area during this time. 

Who are they for?

 The parties are suitable for ages 5 to 12. We have toddler and adult party options as well. Please contact the studio for more information about adult celebrations.

How many kids?

 The party cost includes all art supplies and space at a rate of $15 per guest.  Minimum number of guests is 5 and maximum is 15.  There is a $30 fee for an extra instructor for parties over 15 guests.

We accept Cash, Cheque, Debit, Visa or MC at this time.  $75.00 deposit plus tax holds your date and reservation.

General information for school tour & activity

School tours & activities run for approximately 1 hour.  A specific or general theme may be decided at the time of booking.

 

Who are they for?

All ages benefit from experiencing authentic art, meeting artists and engaging in art activities.

How many people?

 The tour & activity cost includes all art supplies and space at a rate of $50 per class of 15 or $5/ student for larger classes.  Minimum number of guests is 5 and maximum is 30.  

Payment 

We accept Cash, Cheque, Debit, Visa or MC at this time.  Fees may be paid at time of tour or the school can be invoiced.

What to wear?

 Please remind the guest’s parents that both clothes and shoes may get covered in art.  Artistic Incidents is not responsible for any damages to clothing or personal belongings.

 

When can we arrive? 

It is great if you can arrive a few minutes early for setting up, if necessary. Please do not arrive earlier as we have other classes or parties prior to your booking. 

Etiquette 

This is a very exciting party! However, for safety reasons it is important there is -

- no running in the studio as the floor can be very slippery.

 - no climbing on furniture

 - no sitting on the table

 - no standing on the benches

 - no touching the art supplies or art work on the shelves or walls

Other Info

 It is important to ensure the party ends within 15 minutes of the scheduled ending as the space is booked for other parties or events.
